Tea Fiber
Siply exists at the intersection of what's good and what actually works. AS 5810 — Home Compostable (Australia)
AS 5810 verifies that a product will break down under home composting conditions into water, CO₂, and biomass, and will be non-toxic to the environment. Products must disintegrate within 6 months and completely biodegrade within 12 months — and pass a worm toxicity test to confirm the resulting compost is safe. It's one of the most rigorous home compostability standards in the world.
BPI — Certified Compostable (USA)
BPI is the most widely accepted compostability certification in North America. When you see it on a Siply straw, it means the product has been independently tested and verified to fully break down without leaving harmful residues behind. It's the certification required by every U.S. state that has regulatory language around compostability.
DIN Geprüft — Certified Compostable (Germany/Europe)
DIN Geprüft is awarded to products compatible with home and garden composting, verified through neutral, independent, and transparent testing by a third party. It's Europe's most recognized compostability mark and signals that Siply meets the strictest international standards.
Taiwan Green Mark
Taiwan's official government-backed eco-label, awarded only to products in the top tier of their category for environmental performance. Independently verified against ISO 14024 standards — covering the full product lifecycle from raw materials to disposal. For Siply, it's the home certification: produced in Taiwan, verified to the standard that matters most there.
